Community Clinics Initiative Networking for Community Health RFP 12 Grant Awards
We are pleased to announce the grant awards from our second Networking for Community Health RFP, this marks the Community Clinics Initiative’s twelfth RFP since 1999. The Networking for Community Health (NCH) program is designed to help clinics strengthen and expand their working relationships with both traditional and non-traditional partners toward the goal of improving community health. This RFP is specific to community clinics (see page 3 for eligibility criteria) and was open to both current NCH grantees and new applicants.

Networking for Community Health Organizing Project:Phase III Grant Awards
We are pleased to announce the grant awards from the Networking for Community Health Organizing Project:Phase III program. The California Primary Care Association has received two previous grants in this program for its Community Health Organizing Project, which many of you have had a large part in its success. We have been pleased with the progress made to date in this project and welcome the opportunity to build more capacity to educate and mobilize clinic patients and staff through the structure of the regional consortia. Although CCI plans to fund consortia directly, we asked that CPCA coordinate and submit one joint proposal made up of individual requests from each participating consortium. It is expected that you will work together as before on a common set of goals and outcomes in order to strengthen your advocacy networks statewide.
