MD Alumni Session & CHCF Health Care Leadership Network
March 14 - 15, 2009
Intercontinental Hotel, San Francisco
Please join us for a joint meeting of the CCI Medical Directors Alumni and CHCF Health Care Leadership Network. This meeting will once again bring together our two statewide health care leadership networks to continue to learn and network with their colleagues. The members of the CHCF Health Care Leadership Network are clinically trained health care professionals from a variety of settings including community clinics, group practices, hospitals, academic medical centers, health plans and public health organizations in California who have completed the 2 year CHCF Health Care Leadership Program. The members of the CCI Medical Directors Alumni Session are Medical Directors and Associate Medical Directors from community clinics in California who have completed the Harvard School of Public Health's Managing Ambulatory Health Care Program.
Our first joint meeting of the two Alumni groups in 2008 was very successful and both leadership groups felt that there was a lot of value gained by meeting together. We will bring the two groups together again in 2009 to increase their learning and networking opportunities and to strengthen the field of health care leaders across the state. The 2009 meeting will focus on Health 2.0, patient centered care and the medical home concept.
Logistics
The meeting will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in San Francisco. The program will cover the cost of your overnight stay at the hotel on March 14th, 2009.
