If you submitted an LOI for the Green Building program and plan on submitting a full proposal, you are expected to complete this Green Buildings Self-Audit and include it with your proposal that is due on Monday, April 2nd. 

Please note that this Self-Audit is strictly to inform CCI staff on how "green" California's community health centers are currently thinking and acting.  It will in no way be used to evaluate your proposal.  However, we hope that what you learn from this self-audit will inform your clinic on how it can become more ecologically sustainable, as well as inform your proposal request
