Wired for Change: Strengthening Community Clinics Through Collaborative Information Technology shares the evaluation findings of the Community Clinics Initiative's (CCI) Strategic Investments Program. CCI has funded information technology (IT) projects since 1999; however, with the initiation of the Strategic Investments Program, CCI shifted its funding strategy by emphasizing a more collaborative approach. This report provides a background of the Program and its six grantees on pages 3 to 14. The accomplishments and challenges of the IT projects are summarized on pages 15 to 27 and lessons learned about necessary components to a successful IT collaborative project are discussed on pages 28 to 40.
