“Enhancing Clinic Capacity Brick by Brick” tells the story of a funding initiative to support community clinics to undertake capital campaigns to improve their facilities and enhance their fund development capacity. This report will be of interest to: Nonprofits, especially community clinics—If you are considering or already undertaking capital campaigns and projects, this report contains important stories and lessons to help you target your efforts to most effectively gauge your goals and expectations. It also includes strategies for enhancing your organization’s fund development infrastructure and the types of impacts you can expect. Page 22 offers a succinct list of tips for implementing a successful capital campaign.
